BEGINNER STITCH CLASS (6:30-7:30PM) The Beginner Stitch Class is ideal for individuals who have never used a hook before or are just beginning their crochet journey. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of crochet, including how to create a chain stitch and single crochet. If you continue coming to the beginner stitch class, you will continue to learn new crochet stitches such as the half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, and working in the round. You will not be making a project with this class, just learning the stitches to build up your technique to make a project in the future! BEGINNER PROJECT (6:15-7:15PM) The Beginner Project Class is ideal for those who have mastered the basic stitches or have just completed a Beginner Stitch Class and feel confident enough to tackle a project with some independence. You will begin to learn how to read a pattern as you work with the chain stitch and the stitch you feel confident in completing a project with. Select a project based on the stitches listed. You will be able to complete the project during one class session. ADVANCED PROJECT (6-7PM) The Advanced Project Class is perfect for those who have a solid understanding of most crochet stitches and can read patterns, or are learning to do so. Begin with the first project of a medium-sized chicken. Once you complete the chicken, then select from a variety of projects. All materials needed for each project will be supplied. The number of classes needed to complete the project is listed next to the project. The Advanced Project option is also great if you have a project at home you have started or are waiting to start and need assistance with reading/understanding the pattern. This is for more verbal instruction and not learning the stitches. DROP IN FOR A SINGLE CLASS OR JOIN OUR MONTHLY PLAN AND SAVE! ONCE YOU BOOK A MONTHLY PLAN YOU CAN TRANSITION FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED WITHIN THE PLAN. IF YOU MISS A MONDAY WE WILL BE OFFERING A ONCE A MONTH MAKE UP DAY DURING OPEN STUDIO SUNDAYS.
