CREATIVE GROUP THERAPY SESSION Guided by Hollie O’Keefe, LPC, eMBA & Artist Laura Renée, BA Studio Art Experience a calming, one-of-a-kind group therapy session that blends emotional wellness with the meditative practice of Zentangle®. Licensed professional counselor Hollie O’Keefe and artist Laura Renée will gently guide you through reflective conversation and mindful drawing designed to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover inner strength. You don’t need to be an artist—Zentangle is for everybody. Its simple patterns, repetitive strokes, and peaceful rhythm create space to quiet the mind, explore your emotions, and express yourself without pressure or perfection. Through guided prompts, supportive group discussion, and the soothing flow of Zentangle, participants will find a safe space to breathe, heal, and grow.
